She is grounded in the philosophy that life itself is a series of opportunities for growth, reflection and correction, all with the purpose to move one forward on their life path. She creatively practices the 2000 year old art of Eastern Medicine with an emphasis on the energetics of the emotional, physical and spiritual body in addition to the application of lifestyle adjustments and food as medicine.

She graduated with honors from Yo San University in Los Angeles,CA with a focus in Taoist Healing and is currently a Doctoral candidate of Chinese Medicine with a focus in Reproductive Health and healing trauma. Jenna has undergone clinical and herbal formulation training in Beijing, China and ZheJiang Hospital in Hangzhou, China and is certified in both Constitutional Facial Acupuncture and Holistic Microneedling for natural anti-aging.
